CID report of the death of a detainee. The decedent was a detainee at Camp Ganci, Compound 6, Abu Ghraib prison. On November 3, 2003 he was complaining of chest pains and while being escorted to the aid station he collapsed and went in to cardiac arrest. He was treated with CPR, but was not resuscitated. There was no autopsy, so the exact cause and manner of death was left undetermined.

    • A detainee died while in US custody. An investigation could not determine the cause of death. The investigation found that while being escorted from Camp Ganci to the aid station, BCCF, the detainee complained of chest pain, collapsed and went into cardiac arrest. Detainee was treated with cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR), but died. No autopsy was conducted, therefore, the cause and manner of death was listed as "undetermined".
